Below we've answered some of our customers' most frequently asked questions. At U-Click Timepieces, we know what it's like to be a customer, and we realize that shopping for a high-value item such as a fine Swiss timepiece on the internet can be intimidating, so if you don't see the answer to your questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We are happy to discuss any further questions or concerns you might have.  We work hard to provide you the best possible shopping experience.

How do I place an order? 

Simply browse through our online catalog and choose the item you would like to purchase. Next, call our store at (858) 456-0440, to place your order.  

Business Hours:

Our busines hours are:  Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm PST, and Saturday by appointment only. * Our showroom is by appointment only.

Can I view the watch in person at your retail store?

Yes.  Please note, our showroom is by appointment only. Due to security and insurance concerns and requirements, you must first call to make an appointment to buy or sell a watch on-site. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MC, American Express, Discover, money orders, cashiers checks, and bank wire transfers. We accept PayPal on items under $3,000.00.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover:  Please call us at 858-456-0440, with the following information:

  Cardholder's name, exactly as it is printed on the card.

  The billing address, exactly as it is printed on your mothly statement.

  The telephone number on file with the credit card issuing bank.

  Daytime telephone number (if different from above).

  The credit card number.

  The security code 
       -  Visa, MC, and Discover: the 3 digits, located on the back of the card, printed in black, after the credit card number.
       -  American Express - the 4 digits, located on the front of the card, above the credit card number.

Wire Transfer:  If paying through wire transfer, please email or call us at (858) 456-0440, and we will provide you with the necessary information.

 We will email you to confirm when we have received your payment, and the item has been shipped.

 Please note, orders paid via bank wire are subject to prior sale, and the order is not complete until we have received and processed your payment. 

Money Order / Cashiers Check:

  Please call our store to let us know you would like to purchase an item.

  Once your purchase order is confirmed, please send a money order or cashiers check, made payable to "U-Click  Timepieces", to our mailing address at:

  Include a note with the item number(s), your name, shipping address, daytime telephone number, & email address.

 We will email you to confirm when we have received and processed your payment, and the item has been shipped.

 Please note, orders paid via money order &/or cashiers check are subject to prior sale, and the order is not complete until we have received and processed your payment.  Money orders &/or cashiers checks may take up to 10 business days to process.  For faster service, you may choose to pay via bank wire transfer.

PayPal: We will accept PayPal on items under $3,000.00. The PayPal payment must include a PayPal confirmed address within the US, and the item must be shipped to the PayPal confirmed address. If paying through PayPal, please email or call our store, and we will provide you with the necessary information.

When will my order be shipped? 

When your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, detailing the arrival date.   Your order will only be shipped once your payment is processed and the ship-to address is verified.  Your package will generally ship within one to three business days after you place your order.

How do you ship?

We ship domestically via USPS and UPS, fully insured, via 1-2 day Express shipping.

I'm not home during the day.  Will your delivery people leave my order in my mailbox?

No. Would you really want us to leave your new watch in your mailbox or by your door?  Our couriers require your signature when they deliver your package.  You may find it convenient to have your order shipped to your place of employment.  Please note, if you would like us to ship a parcel to an address that is different from the billing address, you must notify the credit card issuing bank, & ask them to add the "alternate shipping address" on file, before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship some items internationally via UPS insured and US Post Office insured, to select countries.

Please email our customer service with your exact shipping address & item you are interested in purchasing, to receive a quote on shipping costs and payment instructions, and make sure we can ship to your country.  Please note, on international transactions, we accept only bank wire transfers.  We do not accept international credit cards or international payment through PayPal.  *CUSTOMS/DUTY/TAXES are not included, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Please contact your local customs office or UPS office, for exact customs/duty fees/taxes, as each country has different fees.  We do not undervalue items on customs forms.

Are your watches authentic?

YES!  All watches purchased from U-Click Timepieces are guaranteed 100% authentic. On items with custom set accessories, bezels &/or dials, we will clearly mark them as such in the item description.  Selling a counterfeit watch as the genuine article is a violation of federal law.  We buy our watches through established, legitimate distribution channels at the best possible cost and we pass the savings on to you.  You get genuine merchandise at exceptionally low prices.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is NOT applicable on orders shipped anywhere outside of California. All items shipped within the California or picked up at our store, will be charged applicable 8.0% California sales tax.

Trademarks 

This site is created and controlled by U-Click, Inc., dba U-Click Timepieces in the State of California, U.S.A..  The laws of the State of California will govern these Terms and Conditions (without giving any effect to the principles of conflicts of laws) as such laws are applied to agreements entered and to be performed entirely within California between California residents. Any action to enforce these Terms and Conditions will be brought in the federal or state courts presiding in San Diego County, California, U.S.A., and all parties expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of such courts.
